Our core team is based on Pico. Activities on Faial and São Jorge are operated in collaboration with trusted local partners.

Outdoor & Experience Guides (Full-time or Seasonal – Pico-based)
Professionals with experience in nature-based activities, small group guiding and international guest interaction.
Administrative & Reservations Support (When applicable)
Profiles with experience in customer service, booking management and operational coordination.
