SUP Class

Is your first contact with this amazing sport? If yes, so we will suggest you the best way to get started and fall in love with the Stand Up Paddle.

At this day you will feel the intense contact with the nature in a pleasant 3 hours class at protected and calm place by the coast of Pico Island.

Your experienced SUP Guide will show you the material and how to use it, will explain you security rules, warm up exercises, coming in and out the water, paddle lying, paddling on the knees and stand up, balance on the board & how to use the paddle.

Floating on the calm water is incredibly peaceful no matter where or what you are floating on. You get the sense of real tranquility, calmness and relaxation while the waves are cradling you.
